The DMTH63M5LFGQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications such as synchronous rectification, motor control, and DC-DC conversion. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 93A at TC=25°C and a drain-source on-resistance of 3.8mΩ at VGS=10V. The device operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 2.37°C/W, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements. It is RoHS compliant and supplied in a 3000-unit tape and reel packaging.
