The DMTH62M7SPSWQ is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 170A at 25°C case temperature and an on-resistance of 2.7mΩ at VGS = 10V. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101, supports 100% Unclamped Inductive Switching testing, and operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature. It has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1°C/W and is RoHS compliant with a 'Green' molding compound meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The package profile is less than 1.1mm, suitable for thin applications.
