DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH6030LFDFWQ-13

The DMTH6030LFDFWQ is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6/SWP package with a 4mm² PCB footprint and 0.6mm profile, designed for automotive power management and DC-DC converter applications. It supports continuous drain currents of 6.2A at 25°C and 4.2A at 175°C, with on-resistance of 29mΩ at 10V gate drive and 40mΩ at 4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. Thermal resistance is 71.3°C/W with recommended copper layout, and it operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, NiPdAu terminals, and meets RoHS 3 and "Green" standards. It features 100% UIS testing and sidewall plating for enhanced optical inspection.
