DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH6016LPSW-13

The DMTH6016LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and motor control. It has a 60V drain-source voltage rating and a static drain-source on-resistance of 16mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 24mΩ at 4.5V gate-source voltage. The device supports continuous drain currents of up to 68A at TC=25°C and 18.2A at TA=150°C, with a maximum junction temperature of +175°C. Its thermally efficient package has a profile of less than 1.1mm and is rated for moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is supplied in a tape-and-reel package of 2,500 units.
