DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMTH6016LPDW-13

The DMTH6016LPDW-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI®5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as engine-management systems and DC-DC converters. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a maximum continuous drain current of 33.2A at TC=25°C, with an on-state resistance of 19mΩ at VGS=10V and 28mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device operates from -55°C to +175°C, supports 100% unclamped inductive switching testing, and is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and certified to UL 94 V-0 for flammability. The package measures 5.15mm x 6.40mm (BSC) with a 1.27mm pitch, and the part is supplied in a 2,500-piece tape and reel configuration.
