The DMTH6010SPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power switching in automotive and industrial applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a maximum on-resistance of 8mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. The device is rated for continuous drain current of 130.5A at 25°C ambient temperature and 175A at 25°C case temperature, with a maximum junction temperature of +175°C. It features 100% unclamped inductive switching tested for robustness, low input capacitance, and fast switching performance. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1, and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.1°C/W.
