The DMTH6004LPSWQ is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 100A at TC = 25°C and an on-resistance of 3.1 mΩ at VGS = 10V, minimizing power losses. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF16949 certified facilities, with a RoHS-compliant, halogen- and antimony-free 'Green' construction. It supports operation from -55°C to +175°C and is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching (UIS) testing. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
