DMTH6002LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, rated for 60V drain-source voltage and continuous drain current of 205A at TC=+25°C, with a maximum gate-source voltage of ±20V. It features a low on-state resistance of 2mΩ at VGS=10V and 3.3mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and is designed for high-efficiency power management applications with fast switching and low input capacitance. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200 standards, is RoHS compliant, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. It operates from -55°C to +175°C and includes wettable flanks for optical inspection. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and a lead-free matte tin finish. This part is supplied in tape and reel packaging, with 2,500 units per reel.
