The DMTH46M7SFVWQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications such as motor controls and DC-DC converters. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 67.2A at 25°C case temperature, a low RDS(ON) of 7.4mΩ at VGS=10V, and operates up to 175°C junction temperature. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance of 2.75°C/W from junction to case, and is RoHS compliant with wettable flanks for improved inspection. It is packaged in a 3,000-unit tape and reel format.
