The DMTH45M5LFVW-7 is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8/SWP (Type UX) package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 71A at TC = +25°C and 118A at TA = +25°C, with a typical on-resistance of 5.5mΩ at VGS = 10V and 7.9mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of +175°C, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.9°C/W, and is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The part is supplied in 2,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
