The DMTH43M8LPSWQ is a 40V, +175°C N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high ambient temperature operation. It features a typical on-resistance of 3.3mΩ at VGS=10V and 5.0mΩ at VGS=5V, with a continuous drain current rating of 125A at TA=+175°C and 180A at TC=+25°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.8°C/W and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and supplied in tape-and-reel packaging with a quantity of 2,500 per reel.
