The DMTH43M7LFGQ-7 is an AEC-Q101 qualified N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and operation up to +175°C. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40V, with a maximum on-resistance of 3.0mΩ at VGS=10V and 5.0mΩ at VGS=5V. The device supports continuous drain currents up to 180A at TC=125°C and 50A at TC=25°C, with a pulsed drain current of 400A. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.3°C/W, and junction operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +175°C. The package is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability. Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020, and it is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,000 units per carrier.
