The DMTH43M7LFGQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 50A at TC=125°C and a low RDS(ON) of 5.0mΩ at VGS=5V and ID=15A. The device has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.3°C/W and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and suited for motor control, DC-DC converters, and power management applications. The part is supplied in 3,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
