DMTH43M7LFG-7 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, rated for 40 V drain-source voltage and designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as motor control and DC-DC conversion. It features a maximum on-state resistance of 3.0 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and 5.0 mΩ at VGS = 5 V, with continuous drain current ratings of 105 A at TC = 125°C and 180 A at TC = 25°C. The device supports junction temperatures from -55°C to +175°C, has a thermal resistance of 2.3 °C/W from junction to case, and is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements, is RoHS compliant, and is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/104/200 standards. The package is molded plastic with a matte tin finish and has approximate dimensions of 3.30 mm × 3.30 mm with a height of 0.80 mm.
