DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH42M6LPSW-13

The DMTH42M6LPSW-13 is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 167A at TC=+25°C and an on-state resistance of 2.5mΩ at VGS=10V and 3.7mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device supports operation up to +175°C junction temperature, with a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 1.2°C/W and is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets AEC-Q100/101/104/200 qualifications for automotive use. The package is a thermally efficient molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
