The DMTH4014LPDW-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40V, with a maximum on-state resistance of 15mΩ at VGS = 10V and 25mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. The device supports continuous drain currents up to 43.6A at TC = +25°C and operates reliably up to +175°C junction temperature. It features 100% UIS testing, low input capacitance, and fast switching. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per carrier.
