The 2ED300C17-ST is a dual-channel high-voltage IGBT driver board designed for use with Infineon IGBT modules up to 1700 V, featuring reinforced isolation compliant with EN50178, a 5 kV isolation test voltage, and a 30 A peak output current per channel. It includes integrated protection features such as desaturation detection, undervoltage lockout, soft shut down, and interlocking for half-bridge operation.
