The DMTH4008LPSWQ is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 64.8A at TC=+25°C and a low RDS(ON) of 8.8mΩ at VGS=10V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It supports operating temperatures from -55°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance of 2.7°C/W from junction to case. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
