The DMTH4004LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management in automotive and industrial applications. It features a 40V drain-source voltage rating, with a maximum on-resistance of 2.5mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 4mΩ at 4.5V, supporting continuous drain currents up to 100A at TC=25°C. The device is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability, complies with RoHS and is classified as a "Green" device per Halogen- and Antimony-free definitions. It carries a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, and uses a matte tin annealed leadframe. The part is supplied in a 2500-unit tape and reel configuration.
