The DMTH12H007SPSW is a 120V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package with a height of 1.00mm, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 84A at 25°C and an on-state resistance of 8.9mΩ at VGS=10V. The device is rated for operation up to +175°C and includes 100% UIS testing for reliability. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.2°C/W, and it meets RoHS, UL 94 V-0, and JEDEC standards. The part is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities for automotive use. Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
