The DMTH12H007LPSW is a 120V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package with a 1.1mm profile, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It has a maximum on-state resistance of 7.8mΩ at VGS=10V and 14.1mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with continuous drain currents of 99A at TC=25°C and 73A at TC=70°C. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W from junction to case, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for automotive use with AEC-Q100 qualification. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1.
