The DMTH10H071LFDFWQ is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, qualified to AEC-Q101 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It features a U-DFN2020-6/SWP package with a 0.6mm profile and 4mm² footprint, suitable for low-profile designs. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 4.6A at 25°C and supports unlocking inductive switching. Its RDS(ON) is 68mΩ at VGS=10V and 86mΩ at VGS=6V, with low gate charge and fast switching performance. Thermal resistance is 50°C/W with a 1-inch square copper plate, and it operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature.
