DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH10H009LFGQ-13

The DMTH10H009LFGQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications including synchronous rectifiers and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 36A at TC=150°C and an on-resistance of 13.6mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device features a 33% smaller footprint than an SO-8, thermal resistance junction-to-case of 3.8°C/W, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated for 100% UIS testing. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. This part is a tape and reel version of the series, with 3,000 units per carrier.
