The DMTH10H009LFG is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI 3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectifiers and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 59A at TC=125°C and an on-state resistance of 8.5mΩ at VGS=10V and 12.5mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance of 3.8°C/W from junction to case, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and qualified to AEC-Q200 standards. The part's physical dimensions are 3.30mm x 3.30mm with a height of 0.80mm.
