The DMT67M8LK3-13 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TO252 (DPAK) package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a maximum on-resistance of 7mΩ at VGS = 10V and 10mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, with a continuous drain current of 87A at TC = +25°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets AEC-Q100/101/200 qualifications for automotive applications. It has an avalanche energy rating of 84.5 mJ, a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.4°C/W, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The TO252 package has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020 and is rated UL 94 V-0. The part is supplied in 2500/tape and reel packaging.
