DMT6015LPSW-13 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive-grade power management and load switching applications. The device features a low RDS(ON) of 16mΩ at VGS = 10V and 24mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, with continuous drain currents of 31A and 24A respectively under TC = +25°C. It has a package profile of less than 1.1mm, is RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Thermal resistance is 4.4°C/W junction to case and 46°C/W junction to ambient under standard mounting conditions. The part is ESD protected, has fast switching characteristics, and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, qualifying it for AEC-Q100 applications. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
