DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMT35M1LFVW-7

The DMT35M1LFVW-7 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 64A at TC=25°C with VGS=10V and 50A at VGS=4.5V, with on-resistance of 5.5mΩ at 10V and 9mΩ at 4.5V. The device supports 100% unclamped inductive switching and features a thermal resistance of 51°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 board with a 1-inch square copper plate. It is RoHS compliant, Halogen and Antimony free, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. The part is packed in tape and reel format with 2,000 units per reel.
