The DMT31M9LFVWQ is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. The package measures 3.30mm by 3.30mm and occupies 33% less board area than an SO-8. It features a low RDS(ON) of 1.9mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.9mΩ at VGS=4.5V, a continuous drain current of 141A at TC=25°C, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and supports wettable flanks for optical inspection. Thermal resistance is 35.5°C/W from junction to ambient with optimal PCB layout. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
