DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMT31M4LFVW-13

The DMT31M4LFVW-13 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a low on-state resistance of 1.6mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.6mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with continuous drain currents of up to 120A and 97A respectively at TC=+25°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and features a wettable flank for improved optical inspection. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is mounted in a thermally efficient package occupying 33% less board area than an SO-8. The part is packaged in a 3000-unit tape and reel format.
