DMT31M1LPSWQ-13 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for notebook battery power management and load switches. The device has a static drain-source on-resistance of 0.95mΩ at VGS = 10V and 1.5mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, with continuous drain currents of 130A at TC = +25°C and 402A at TA = +25°C when mounted on an FR-4 board with 2oz copper and a 1-inch square copper plate. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features a thermal resistance of 3.5°C/W from junction to case and 42°C/W from junction to ambient under specified mounting conditions. The package measures 5.15mm x 6.40mm with a height of 1.00mm and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C.
