DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMT3009LDV-7

The DMT3009LDV is a dual 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management and analog switch applications. The package measures 3.30mm x 3.30mm with a height of 0.80mm and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 17.5A at 25°C case temperature with an on-resistance of 11mΩ at VGS=10V and 17.5mΩ at VGS=4.5V. Thermal resistance is 51°C/W when mounted on an FR-4 PCB with 2oz copper and a 1-inch square pad. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. It is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100 standards.
