DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMPH6051SSS-13

The DMPH6051SSS-13 is a -60V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a maximum continuous drain current of -4.4A at VGS = -10V and an on-resistance of 60mΩ at -10V and 80mΩ at -4.5V. The device is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability, meets RoHS 3 and AEC-Q requirements, and features a "Green" molding compound compliant with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Its thermal resistance is 73°C/W with minimal pad layout, and it operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature. The package is lead-free with matte tin finish and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
