The DMPH4026SFVWQ is a 40V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum continuous drain current of -52A at TC=25°C and an on-resistance of 25mΩ at VGS=-10V and 45mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. The device operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP capability.
