The DMPH4009SPSWQ is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET rated for -40V drain-source voltage and +175°C junction temperature, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification. It is packaged in a PowerDI5060-8 surface-mount case with dimensions of 6.40 mm by 5.80 mm and weighs approximately 0.097 grams. The device features a low on-resistance of 11 mΩ at -10V gate-source voltage and 19 mΩ at -4.5V, with a continuous drain current of -83.4A at +25°C case temperature. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The package uses a wettable flank for improved optical inspection and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The DMPH4009SPSWQ-13 variant, supplied in tape and reel packaging, shares all electrical and mechanical characteristics of the base part.
