DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMP6051SSD-13

The DMP6051SSD-13 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and motor control. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -60V and a continuous drain current of -4.3A at 25°C with VGS = -10V. On-resistance is 60mΩ at VGS = -10V and 80mΩ at VGS = -4.5V. The device features low input capacitance of 2079pF and fast switching performance, with a thermal resistance of 76°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. The part is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability and is supplied in a tape and reel package.
