The DMP6051SFVWQ-7 is a 60V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications such as motor controls, power management, and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum continuous drain current of -18.8A at VGS = -10V and -16.8A at VGS = -4.5V, with a drain-source on-resistance of 60mΩ max at VGS = -10V and 80mΩ max at VGS = -4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It features wettable flanks for optical inspection, is RoHS and halogen-free, and has a maximum operating junction temperature of +150°C. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape & reel packaging with 2000 units per carrier.
