DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP4016SK3-13

The DMP4016SK3-13 is a 40V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TO252 (DPAK) package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and analog switches. It features a maximum continuous drain current of -75A at TC = +25°C with an on-resistance of 11mΩ at VGS = -10V and 15mΩ at VGS = -4.5V. The device meets AEC-Q100/101/104/200 qualifications and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.1°C/W and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package is RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen- and antimony-free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel.
