The DMP32D9UFA-7B is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications, featuring a maximum drain-source voltage of -30V and a low on-resistance of 5Ω at -4.5V gate-source voltage. It is packaged in an X2-DFN0806-3 case with a maximum height of 0.4mm and a footprint of 0.48mm², making it significantly smaller than SOT23. The device has a gate threshold voltage of -1.0V maximum, is ESD protected, and is fully RoHS compliant with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
