DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMP31D7LV-13

The DMP31D7LV is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT563 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as motor controls and DC-DC converters. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, continuous drain current of -0.62A at TA = +25°C, and on-resistance of 0.9Ω at VGS = -10V and 1.7Ω at VGS = -4.5V. The device features ESD-protected gates, low input capacitance, and fast switching speed. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 236°C/W on a standard FR-4 PCB with minimal pad layout, or 153°C/W with an additional 1-inch square copper plate. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The -13 variant is supplied in 10,000-piece tape and reel packaging.
