DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP31D7LT-13

The DMP31D7LT-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT523 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, a continuous drain current of -0.36A at -4.5V gate-source voltage, and an on-resistance of 1.7Ω at VGS = -4.5V and ID = -0.2A. The device features a low gate threshold voltage of -1V to -2.6V, ESD-protected gate, and is RoHS compliant with a green molding compound. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 377°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate. The package is moisture sensitive level 1 per J-STD-020, with matte tin terminals solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. This variant is supplied in 10,000-piece tape and reel packaging.
