The DMP3028LSDQ is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It features a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, with on-resistance of 28mΩ at -10V gate drive and 45mΩ at -4.5V gate drive. The device supports continuous drain currents up to -6.0A at 25°C and has a thermal resistance of 102°C/W under standard PCB mounting conditions. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, with RoHS compliance and a 'Green' lead-free, halogen-free design. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a quantity of 2,500 per reel.
