The DMP3028LPSQ series is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and PPAP capable. It is packaged in a PowerDI5060-8 case with dimensions of 5.15 mm x 6.15 mm and weighs approximately 0.097 grams. The device features a maximum drain-source voltage of -30 V, a continuous drain current of -21 A at VGS = -10°C, and a low RDS(ON) of 28 mΩ at VGS = -10 V and 38 mΩ at VGS = -4.5 V. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is RoHS compliant, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The operating and storage temperature range extends from -55°C to +150°C.
