The DMP3027LFDEQ-13 is a 30V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It is packaged in a U-DFN2020-6 surface-mount case measuring 2.0mm x 2.0mm with a 0.65mm pitch. The device has a maximum on-resistance of 25mΩ at VGS = -10V and -8.5A continuous drain current, with a thermal resistance of 45.7°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 PCB. It meets AEC-Q101 qualification, is RoHS compliant, and is rated for a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package is molded in a UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant material with moisture sensitivity level 1.
