DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3011SFK-13

The DMP3011SFK-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2523-6 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as load switches and DC-DC converters. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, with a maximum on-resistance of 12mΩ at -10V gate-source voltage and 25mΩ at -4.5V gate-source voltage. The device supports continuous drain currents of up to -10.7A at -10V and -7.4A at -4.5V gate-source voltage, and is ESD protected. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The package is molded plastic with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel.
