DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3006LPSWQ-13

The DMP3006LPSWQ is a P-channel MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package for battery power management and load switching. It has a -30V drain-source voltage rating, on-resistance of 7.5mΩ at -10V gate bias, and 11mΩ at -4.5V. Continuous drain current is 72A at TC=25°C and 52A at TA=25°C, with pulsed current up to -359A. Thermal resistance is 1.3°C/W junction-to-case and 50.5°C/W junction-to-ambient. The package height is under 1.1mm, operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, meets UL 94 V-0, is AEC-Q101 qualified, and IATF 16949 certified. Moisture sensitivity is level 1 per J-STD-020.
