The DMP2900UWQ is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, featuring low on-resistance, low gate threshold voltage, and ESD-protected gate. It is packaged in SOT323 with dimensions of 2.15 mm in length, 2.10 mm in width, and 0.95 mm in height. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of -20 V, continuous drain current of -0.6 A at +25°C, and a power dissipation of 0.3 W with a thermal resistance of 393 °C/W under minimum pad layout.
