The DMP2900UTQ-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT523 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -20V, a continuous drain current of -0.5A at 25°C, and on-resistance values of 700mΩ at -4.5V gate bias and 900mΩ at -2.5V gate bias. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features an ESD-protected gate. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel.
