The DMP22D5UDA is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management and switching applications. It is packaged in an X2-DFN0806-6 case measuring 0.8mm × 0.6mm, with a maximum drain-source voltage of -20V and continuous drain current ratings of -350mA at -4.5V gate-source voltage. The device exhibits low on-resistance values of 1.9Ω at -4.5V, 2.4Ω at -2.5V, and 3.4Ω at -1.8V, with a very low gate threshold voltage of -1.0V maximum. It features ESD-protected gates, is RoHS3 and halogen- and antimony-free, and meets J-STD-020 Level 1 moisture sensitivity. The device is supplied in 10,000-piece tape and reel packaging as DMP22D5UDA-7B.
