The DMP21D1UTQ is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It is packaged in an SOT523 case measuring 1.60 mm x 1.60 mm with a height of 0.75 mm, and is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q101. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of -20 V, a continuous drain current of -0.63 A at -4.5 V gate-source voltage, and a static drain-source on-resistance of 710 mΩ at -4.5 V and 25°C. It features low gate threshold voltage, low input capacitance, ESD-protected gate, and is RoHS compliant with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 287 °C/W on a recommended PCB layout. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
