DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP2109UVTQ-7

The DMP2109UVTQ-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TSOT26 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -20V, with a maximum on-resistance of 80mΩ at -4.5V gate-source voltage and 110mΩ at -2.5V. The device supports a continuous drain current of -3.7A at 25°C and dissipates up to 1.2W when mounted on an FR-4 PCB with minimum recommended pad layout. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 105°C/W under these conditions. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
